PageSense

An AI chatbot that sees the page your visitor sees.

PageSense lets your assistant read the live page a visitor is on, so “how much is this?”, “does this plan include SEO?” and “summarise this page” get real answers, without retraining anything.

Why it matters

Your chatbot knows your website. It doesn’t know where your visitor is.

A trained chatbot knows what it crawled. But a visitor asking “is this one still available?” or “does this include setup?” is talking about the page in front of them, and a crawl can’t tell which page that is, or what it says right now.

PageSense closes that gap. When a question is about the page, the assistant reads what the visitor is looking at, including prices, tables, collapsed FAQs and anything they’ve highlighted, and answers from it alongside your knowledge base.

Answers that used the page carry an “Answered from PageSense” badge, so you and your visitors always know where an answer came from.

  • Reads the live page, not last week’s crawl
  • Understands “this” and “here”
  • Never reads forms or passwords
  • Site-wide or page by page
PageSense · New

It reads the page, so they don’t have to.

Your assistant sees the page your visitor is on, alongside everything it already knows. “How much is this?”, “does Growth include SEO?” and “summarize this page” just work, and it still never makes things up.

Reads

  • Prices, stock and ratings
  • Specs, tables and lists
  • FAQs, even collapsed ones
  • Whatever they’ve highlighted
  • The section they’re looking at

Never reads

  • Anything typed into forms
  • Passwords and hidden fields
  • Query strings in the address
  • Anything you mark to ignore

Smart about it

It only reads the whole page when the question is about the page, so everyday questions stay fast and cheap. Answers that used the page say so with an “Answered from PageSense” badge.

Your call: switch it on for your whole site, or just for the pages you pick in Engagement, like your pricing pages or case studies.

How it works

How PageSense reads a page

There’s nothing to train or map. PageSense works on the pages you already have.

  1. 1

    Turn it on

Switch PageSense on for your whole site, or only for chosen pages through an Engagement rule.

  2. 2

    The visitor asks

When a question is about the current page, the widget sends a clean text copy of it. Everyday questions skip this step.

  3. 3

    It answers from the page

The assistant combines the page with your knowledge base and marks the answer “Answered from PageSense”.

Capabilities

Page-aware, privacy-first

What it reads, and what it never touches.

  • Prices, stock and ratings

The numbers on the page right now, so a quote always matches what the visitor can see.

  • Specs, tables and lists

Comparison tables, feature lists and spec sheets, read as structure rather than a wall of text.

  • FAQs, even collapsed ones

Answers tucked inside accordions count too, without the visitor opening each one.

  • Highlighted text

Visitors can select a sentence and ask about it, and the assistant knows exactly which part they mean.

  • Never forms or passwords

Text typed into forms, password fields and hidden fields is never read.

  • Your ignore list

Mark any part of a page to ignore. Query strings in the address are always left out.

By industry

Where PageSense earns its keep

Wherever a page holds the detail a visitor needs, PageSense can answer from it.

  • Agencies

On a packages page, “Does Growth include SEO?” is answered from the exact package the visitor is reading.

  • Clinics

On a treatment page, “How long does this take and what does it cost?” comes straight from that treatment’s details.

  • Real estate

On a listing, “Is there parking, and what are the service charges?” is answered from that property’s own details.

  • SaaS

On a docs or pricing page, “Summarise this page” or “Does this plan include SSO?” gets a precise, page-specific answer.
