HubSpot

Get website chatbot leads into HubSpot.

BusinessLyft doesn’t have a built-in HubSpot connector. There are two dependable routes: a webhook action through Zapier or Make that creates the contact during the chat, or a CSV export of your scored leads.

Two ways in

Pick the route that fits how you work.

During the chat: a webhook action sends the visitor’s details and what they asked for to Zapier or Make, which creates or updates the HubSpot contact. Best for quote and call-back requests you want to act on fast.

In bulk: export the Lead manager to CSV, with each lead’s score, intent, summary, contact details, country and source page, and import it into HubSpot as contacts.

Either way, the qualification happens in the chat, so the contact arrives with context instead of a bare email address.

  • Webhook through Zapier or Make
  • Or CSV export and import
  • Hot, Warm or Cold score included
  • A one-line summary per lead
Setup

Connect it to HubSpot in 4 steps

What your webhook receives. The data object holds the inputs you defined on the action.

  1. 1

In Zapier or Make, start with a webhook trigger, and copy its URL.

  2. 2

In BusinessLyft, open your assistant → Actions → New action → Webhook (or start from the “Send a lead to my CRM” template) and paste the URL.

  3. 3

Describe when the assistant should use it, for example “Use when the visitor asks for a quote or a call back”, and add the inputs it must collect first, such as service, budget and timeline.

  4. 4

Add a HubSpot “create or update contact” step and map the email, name and the fields your action collected. Run the action’s Test tab to check it.

POST to your Zapier or Make webhook

Good to know before you start

  • Map the score to a property

Create a HubSpot contact property for the lead score, so your team can filter Hot leads.

  • Export regularly

The CSV route is manual. Set a weekly reminder, or use the webhook route for leads that can’t wait.

  • Watch for duplicates

Use HubSpot’s “create or update” step keyed on email, so repeat visitors update one contact.
